What is the dual stop valves?
A dual stop valve splits one water line into two. Dual stops are merely compression stops with two outlet ports. You'd use a dual stop to join a kitchen's hot-water supply line to the kitchen faucet and a dishwasher, for example. A two stop valve allows you to work on the dishwasher without shutting off the faucet and vise versa.
